Chandrika assigns Hessonite (Gomed) for Rahu. ( RAHU GOMED)
Rahu resembles Saturn as per the dictum "SANIVAD RAHU". Rahu
is known as Dragon's Head or Cauda Draconis. It is a shadowy
planet which can give crores.

Most Auspicious Month - April
Colour you should wear - Orange
Yellow.
Hessonite or Gomed should be got set in a ring of steel ( if that is
not possible Ashta Dhatu should be used) on a Saturday.
The ring should be worn on the middle finger of the right hand
two hours before sunset. Gomed or Hessonite should not be less
than 5 carats.
SUBSTITUTES

The substitutes for Hessonite are Amethyst Blue Tourmaline Lapis
Lazuli Blue Spinel and Neeli.
Important : Ruby Pearl or Yellow Sapphire should never be worn
along with Hessonite.
